From US 75, North Central Expressway, go west on Campbell Road to Collins Blvd. which is the next traffic signal and turn left, which is south. Cross Municipal, which is the next traffic signal and turn into the parking at the 2nd red brick office building, with the sign on the building that reads Language Computer. Enter the building in the wing closest to Collins. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, turn left, and look for Suite 218.
Upon entering the waiting room, there is no receptionist. Any paperwork to complete will be in the letter box on the wall next to the door. A note saying "Dr. Beaty's (blank) o'clock appt: Please complete attached paperwork" will be attached to paperwork on a clipboard. Fill out the paperwork and Dr. Beaty will come out to escort you back to a office.
